Common questions

The app identified my coin wrongly.

Retake the photo: one coin, filling the frame, flash off, focused on the date. If it is still wrong, email us the photo and the coin you believe it is.

The value seems too high or too low.

The number is an estimate for the identified coin and its estimated grade. Check the mint mark and the grade first; a worn coin sits at the bottom of the range. For a rare variety the only reliable price is a certified example at auction.

My subscription did not unlock Premium.

Open the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that paid. If it still does not unlock, send us the store receipt and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel or get a refund?

Subscriptions are managed by the store: iPhone Settings → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are requested from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Play order history). See the FAQ for the steps.

I lost my collection after reinstalling.

Write to us with your store receipt and the device you used; we will check what can be restored. Before you reinstall or change phones, export or back up the collection from the app settings where that option is offered.
